I thought I found a work around by disabling nameplates and then turning it off in the blizzard interface option.
I can't find Personal Display Bar anywhere under nameplates. I've checked general, player, target, friendly player, friendly npc, enemy player and enemy npc. Every where I check for an answer I see people saying (nameplates->player->personal display bar) but I can't find it under any of the options in nameplates. I could only assume that it would be under nameplates somewhere. However, when nameplates is enabled it is not in blizzards interface. I checked under blizzards interface and it is there if I disable ElvUI nameplates. I have this health bar under my character and I don't know where I have to go to turn it off.
This is a recent issue that popped up after I lost my original profile. So I've been looking for an answer for days on this through google and searching the TukUI forums.
